Season 2 - Everfrost Series Guide (Part 3) Monster Hunting Guide
Now that we understand Everfrost progression and Season Mastery, Part 3 is about turning that progression into rewards. Season 2 introduces several new NPCs, but they are NOT all equal. Knowing what to hunt—and when—is going to make a huge difference in how quickly you progress.
FROSTBANE YOUR #1 DAILY PRIORITY
If you remember one thing from this guide:
FROSTBANE FIRST. EVERY DAY.
You receive 30 attempts per day, and your goal should be to kill the highest-level Frostbane your current Resistance allows.
**Why?**
Frost Cores
Better rewards
Faster Season progression
Those Frost Cores feed directly back into the progression loop we covered in Part 1:
Frostbane → Frost Cores → Greenhouse → Ice Bloom → BioLab → Resistance → Higher Frostbane
The stronger you become, the better your hunts become.
SNOW LEOPARD — USE LEFTOVER ATTEMPTS
Snow Leopards share the same pool of attempts as Frostbane, but provide roughly half the rewards.
That makes our priority simple:
FROSTBANE > SNOW LEOPARD
Use Snow Leopards when appropriate for leftover attempts, but don’t sacrifice higher-value Frostbane kills just to hunt Leopards.
HUNTER YETI — SPECIAL HUNT
Yeti works differently from your normal Frostbane hunting.
Target Lv180–200
2 kills per day
5 kills on Sunday
And here’s the important alliance strategy:
USE LONG RALLIES!
Set roughly 20–30 minute rallies when possible. This gives more RNA/RwS members time to see the rally and join so we can spread those opportunities throughout both alliances.
And unlike Frostbane progression:
YETI RESISTANCE DOESN’T MATTER.
So don’t avoid a high-level Yeti simply because you’re worried about your normal Resistance requirement.
GLACIER KONG — ALLIANCE BOSS
This isn’t an individual hunt.
This is where RNA + RwS hunt together.
Target Lv310–350
Rally together
Big alliance rewards
When these become available, coordination matters more than trying to do your own thing. Watch alliance communication and Discord so we can get as many people involved as possible.
PRO TIP — DON’T BURN YOUR ATTEMPTS TOO EARLY
This one is worth repeating from Part 1.
If your BioLab finishes upgrading later that day, consider saving your Frostbane attempts.
BioLab Upgrade
Higher Resistance
Higher Frostbane
Better Rewards
Why spend today’s attempts on something weaker if you’ll unlock stronger targets a few hours later?
PART 3 TAKEAWAY
Your hunting priorities are simple:
FROSTBANE — highest level possible
SNOW LEOPARD — leftovers
YETI — Lv180–200 / long rallies
KONG — alliance rally target
Don’t just hunt more.
HUNT HIGH. FARM SMART. HUNT TOGETHER.
