Season 2 - Everfrost Series Guide (Part 4) Arctic Ice Pits 

Part 5 brings us to Frozen Rescue, and unlike some of the other Everfrost activities, this one is less about raw power and more about choosing the right rewards and working together.

 

Frozen Rescue runs:

 MONDAY → WEDNESDAY

 10 RESCUES PER DAY

That means you have 30 potential rescues across the three days, so make them count.

 

HOW FROZEN RESCUE WORKS

Throughout the event, you’ll find frozen animals around the map.

The basic process is:

 

FIND
 Locate frozen animals on the map.

 

 

SCOUT & ATTACK
 Get alliance members involved. Multiple players working together will help thaw the animal faster.

 

 RESCUE
 Break the animal free.

 

 

CLAIM YOUR REWARD 

The important part is that different animals provide different rewards, so don’t blindly rescue the first thing you see.

A useful option when you’re looking to continue strengthening hero skills.

 

 

ELK — BADGES  PRIORITY

For general progression, ELK is our priority target.

Each Elk provides:

 300 BADGES

If you use all 10 daily rescues on Elk:

10 Elk × 300 = 3,000 Badges/day

Across all three event days:

 UP TO 9,000 BADGES

That’s a significant amount of research progression, which is why we’re highlighting Elk as the default priority.

 

BOAR — DIAMONDS

Need Diamonds?

 BOAR = DIAMONDS

Simple enough. If Diamonds are what your account needs most, Boar gives you another option.

 

MAMMOTH — UNIVERSAL EQUIPMENT FRAGMENTS

Mammoth provides:

 Universal Equipment Fragments

Again, the important point is that you have a choice.

The “best” rescue can depend on what your account needs, but if you’re unsure where to spend your attempts:

 ELK → BADGES is our recommended default.

 

WORK TOGETHER!

This is another activity where communication makes everyone’s life easier.

When you find useful animals:

 Share coordinates
 Call out priority rescues
 Scout together
 Thaw faster
 Help everyone get their attempts completed

If somebody finds an Elk, don’t keep it a secret. 

Get those coordinates into alliance chat/Discord so RNA and RwS can help each other maximize the event.

 

DON’T WASTE YOUR DAILY ATTEMPTS

You get 10 rescues each day, not one giant pool to casually finish whenever you want.

So make sure you’re completing them during the event window:

MONDAY — 10/10 
TUESDAY — 10/10 
WEDNESDAY — 10/10 

Don’t leave easy rewards sitting on the table.
